The Fatty Burger

Both human beings and hamburgers can be considered fat. Both can be extremely fat consuming, with one having a big belly, and the other overflowing with dripping condiments. Fatting results in the human displaying a stout figure and the hamburger gaining height as the number of toppings increase.

Certain restaurants believe in providing food with all the essentials. A meal is complete with all the proteins, carbohydrates and complete fats it requires. For example, gourmet burgers are a treat for people who hate restrictions in their meal content and who don’t care about increasing their weight.

Friendly’s big, grilled beef burger comes enclosed between two grilled cheese sandwiches, with continuing layers including tomatoes, onions, lettuce, cheese, a heavy slab of beef and a luscious supply of mayonnaise. This meal includes to almost 1600 calories and 92 grams of fat. This is like three meals in one, feeding only one person’s appetite.

Hamburger eating is, in itself, a prize; a gift that one wants to get over and over again. The West Michigan Whitecap baseball stadium serves the fifth biggest burger. Along with enjoying it, a t-shirt is given to the person who can eat the entire thing himself as extra motivation. The entire burger seems like an aerial view of the baseball stadium: the bun is eight inches high filled with five slices of cheese, salsa, Fritos, nachos, onions, tomatoes, lettuce, sour cream and more than one pound of beef. Around 1400 calories and 80 grams of fat are found in this burger, which is so many that they could be divided for a decent share between four individuals.

Apple Bees’ quesadilla burger appears to be low-fat because the bun is replaced with a lower calorie corn tortilla. However, the filling inside negates these ‘healthy’ hallucinations as the entire meal contains more than 100 grams of fat and around 1250 calories. Along with ground beef, there are many sauces, lettuce, cheddar cheese, tomatoes, onions and a side of fries. This is a different approach to the entire taste of the hamburger but it will provide the same enjoyment while devouring it.

The calorie count is important to keep track of for a healthier lifestyle but while wolfing down an entire hamburger one tends to forget such a thing, and cannot be blamed for it.
